How to WeCharge


１.アプリダウンロード

WeChargeアプリを以下よりダウンロードします。

Google Playダウンロード

２.新規登録

1.新規登録

右下の

『アカウントを持っていない場合「新規登録」』を押します

2.E-mail入力

メールアドレスを入力し、認証メールを送ります

3.メール認証

メールアドレス宛に届いた4桁の番号を入力します

4.アカウント登録

パスワードを設定します

5.料金プラン選択

料金プランを設定します

これ以降の工程をスキップすることもできます

6.カード登録

「カード情報を登録する」ボタンを押します

7.カード情報入力

クレジットカードの情報を登録します。

これで新規登録が完了しました！

さっそく充電しましょう。

3.充電する

1.ケーブルを接続する

Connect your cable to an outlet.

お手持ちのケーブルをコンセントに接続します。

*充電器にケーブルがついている場合は、そのケーブルを車に接続します。

2.アプリでQRコードを読む

Read the QR code on an outlet.

コンセントに貼ってあるQRコードをWeChargeアプリで読み取ります。

3.充電を開始する

Start charging.

アプリ内の表示を確認し充電時間等を設定します。
充電開始ボタンを押して、充電開始します。


充電が完了すると、課金も停止します。

ケーブルもそのまま、車の移動も不要です。

再充電について

一度充電したことのある場所では再充電できる場合があります。

再充電機能を使えば、同じ場所で毎回QRコードを読み取る必要がなくなります。


「充電する」画面上部の「再充電」もしくはスキャン履歴から「再充電」ボタンを押してください。

ご利用料金について

設備利用料

設備の利用料金です。画面に表示される料金体系からお選びいただけます。設備利用料が不要な設備の場合は表示されません。


充電サービス料     →詳しくみる

充電の料金です。充電量や充電時間、料金プランによって料金が変わります。

  • 満充電まで

車側が充電を終了するまで充電を続けます

  • 時間を指定する

　　　充電時間を指定して充電します

  • kWhを指定する

充電量を指定して充電します（施設によっては選択できません）


地域調整費     →詳しくみる

地域の電力管轄ごとに変動する調整費です。充電量や充電時間に応じて料金が変わります。毎月変動する地域調整費単価についてはこちらからご確認いただけます。

充電終了方法について

指定の時間やkWhを充電し終わった場合、自動的に充電は終了します。
途中で充電をストップしたい場合は、アプリの充電中画面から「充電を終了する」ボタンを押してください。


充電中に車が満充電になったり、ケーブル接続が解除されたりなどで充電が終了した場合、指定時間/kWhに関わらず、充電は途中終了し課金も止まります。

2.Sign up

2.Send verification email

Enter your email address and we will send you a verification email.

3.Email verification

Enter the 4-digit number sent to your email address.

4.Register an account

Set a password.

5.Choose a Rate Plan

Set up your pricing plan.

You can also skip this process.

6.Register card information

Tap the [Register card information].

7.Enter your credit card information

Register your credit card information.

３.How to Charge

1.Connect your cable to an outlet
2.Read the QR code on an outlet

①Read the QR code on an outlet with WeCharge app.


②Within the app, select the amount of charge from the following.

　▶️Charge to full capacity

     　 Charging continues until the car side finishes charging.

　▶️Charge by specifying the time

 　　  Specify the charging time and charge the battery.

　▶️Charge by specifying kWh

 　  　 Specify the amount of charge to be charged.


*If charging is terminated during the charging process due to a full charge or disconnection of the cable at the car side, charging will be terminated and billing will stop regardless of the above specified time/kWh.


③Start charging.
